PRICING

AUDIO TRANSCRIPTION

Pricing is based on per-audio-hour with a 30 minute minimum charge. Usually, a 1 hour audio file (a digitally recorded one to one person interview with good sound quality) will take approximately 3-4 hours to transcribe and proof at a competitive rate of $37.50 per hour. This estimate depends on variables such as audio content, sound quality, number of speakers, verbatim or “clean” and the turnaround time required for your project. Please contact me so that we can discuss your particular individual needs and I can give you a personal quote.

An invoice for services rendered will be provided at the completion of each transcription project. Payment is due upon receipt. First time users may be required to pay prior to delivery of completed transcripts. Payment particulars will be discussed ahead of time.

INCORPORATION OF A CORPORATE COMPANY

$495.00 (plus applicable Government fees). My fee includes the Record Book, tabs, Registers, Consents, Minutes and Resolutions.
$60.00 to register your new Business Number or CRA program account (GST account).
$60.00 annual payment if you wish me to file the required yearly Annual Report (on the anniversary date of your incorporation), prepare the necessary Resolutions and update your Record Book.

OTHER VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICES

All other business services offered by DAMgood Transcribing that you require will be offered a quote after discussing your needs.
